CCleaner and Glary Utilities, cracking team
add defraggler for a better defrag than window's inbuilt one. ......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Dont put too much faith in cleaners. Most if not all are capable of destroying your operating system
CCLEANER is the safest I know and do use. But if your having issues you should be looking at the route cause:idea:0 -
I've been using Tuneup utilities for a few years.0

I use this: http://bleachbit.sourceforge.net/ on both linux and windows. Be careful though its powerful but does clean a lot more others. Features: http://bleachbit.sourceforge.net/features0

CCleaner best if you are not capable of manual cleaning .
But as has been said a clean up is only a clean up and may not get rid of problems .
