    The DOS tools on the BootCD are fun. There is even a mini version of Windows 98.

    I am pretty sure suse (a distro of linux) has a recovery tool on it which will work with corrupted fat32 drives.

    Hmmm.....have been looking at some other forums, and they mention using Ubuntu to try a recovery. I have NTFS not FAT32 though, so not sure about the compatibility.
