Hi,
We have been offered an opportunity to holiday in cancun from the 4th-11th dec 2010.
We have been looking at flights from london and they are over £1800.00. Is this really the cheapest way to get to cancun. Dont mind stopovers or alternative routes, any ideas??
Thanks in advance

most flights are probably booked up to somewhere like that with nice weather.

skyscanner shows £573 per person with a connection in JFK outbound and ORD inbound
  • Hi,

Had a quick look for you. Best price is KLM 681.87pp but it is a very long flight because of the stopovers.
If you want any details PM me.

    Thanks,

    Sophie

  • Thanks everyone for the quick responses,
On a 13 hr stopover for example, how much are we going to spend on a room for the night, ie taxi's etc as apposed to a shorter stopover albiet for a more expensive fare?
    Guess thats the question
  • Hi

Thomascook have flights direct LGW to Cancun on the 12th for 14n at £374!!!
  • Its true. Although some countries do not let you leave the airport... visa requirements.
It is a shame that there are no Charter Airlines travelling that day.

  • Im really sorry it doesnt look like its available now,.

Iv found a really good flight with United Airlines its on 5th December for 7 Nights
Only an hour stopover on the way out (6 on the way back though)
    £637.97

Or American Airlines have one aswell same dates
less that 3 hours way out (1hour on the way back)
    £669.31

    Thanks,

    Sophie
