Try http://www.blackcircles.com/ have used them and very happy with service. You buy online then go to a local fitter for them fitted"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Try Scotts Tyres in Kingsthorpe Hollow or Northampton Tyre & Battery Service - 9 Heathfield Way, Kingsheath.
Suggested strategy: get a price from the two aforementioned internet sites, then visit/phone the two places I've mentioned and see if they'll beat the internet price.

Just to ask, £180 for 2 new tyres?! That is an absolute rip off.
I would avoid that garage in the future, and use one of the sites recommended in this thread.
If you choose black circles, use https://www.blackcircles.com/msn for a £5 voucher.0 -

Use it twice, put a seperate order in for each tyre and save £10
I did without a problem, answered a quick questionaire once they had been fitted and was given £8 credit in my account towards my next order......hic.......0
