Used MSE to get quotes for Car Insurance on expiry, and was delighted with quotes and offer of £25 Cash Back from MSE. However 2 months down the line no Cash Back and absolutely no response to queries as to why, VERY disappointing and dont know what to do next?

Which comparison site did you use?

MSE doesn't offer a comparison service (or related cashback) but simply points you in the appropriate direction to obtain different quotes so enabling you to choose the cheapest option.

Have you completed the appropriate claim form from the appropriate site in line with the terms and conditions there?
