What feedback to leave

Some of you may have seen a couple of threads I've posted about the troubles I've had getting my A3 laser printer. The device has now arrived and is working. Now I've got to work out what feedback to leave.
They've left me feedback already so I don't have to worry about a retaliatory, although strangely this makes me feel less inclined to leave a negative - rather like shooting an unarmed man.
On the Neg side, they spent two weeks getting it to me (they said the shipped within three days of getting payment). They sent me an email that said it had been despatched when it hadn't. They ignored my (2) emails until I opened a pp dispute.
On the +ve side. I've got a hell of a lot of printer for very little. They had to pay an extra £15 for carriage that the couldn't charge me for (although I think they might have tried). They have a lot of very good feedback that rather implies this was a rare glich.
I'm rather inclined to leave a +ve and just say "Deliver problems sorted out and bargain received". I no more want to leave my first neg that get one (even though that's not a worry on this transaction).
Any and all thoughts welcomed.

You have gone through the same thought process as I would have, maybe a slightly more guarded +ve or possibly a neutral. To be honest I think I would probably not bother leaving any.
I think my one deciding factor would be how long they have been selling if they are newish I might be more inclined to be lenient.0 -
I think I would go for the 'guarded' positive option.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

I definately wouldnt go for a negative, I think that I would be more inclined to go for the neutral - the service was good but you received it in the end, they lied about the dispatch. Though there is the option of leaving a positive with what happened factually in the feedback. Personally I would go for neutral.Weight Loss - 102lb0
