How do i make a complaint to subway cust services rather than the store?

So are McDonalds but they are still intrested in complaints.

I had a complaint to make about an O'Briens sandwich shop, which are all franchises, and I got a very satisfactory response from the company when I went to them rather than the shop.

This is the Customer Services page on their website, so it may be worth letting them know of your issue.

Wouldn't be the one over at Middlebrook would it, absolutely diabolical service.

The missus once worked there. Absolutely disgusting company. They treat her like !!!!!!. Sacked her for no reason. Made her claim for JSA as impossible as they could so in the end the manager ended up sporting a broken nose. Not that I condone such actions. It was sorted immediately

The subway near me was in paper the other day - girl was served a subway with knife in it !!!!!

Theres 2 subways near me, One is fantastic service happy to help, the other subway staff are rude, music ful blast , chatting on there (bums to be polite) while people waiting.. Pfftt

no, i haven't tried the middlebrook one.

it was actually in Slough, whilst we were at legoland.

instead of a 6inch sub the guy gave us a 3inch sub!!! my hubby was the one who went in and had never been to subway before, so didn't understand why i was so mad (even took pictures!!!!!) cue lots of innuendos about men and thinking things were bigger than they are!
