It doesn't say that in their Terms & Conditions though - it says they have to give us the option of buying the item at the higher price - and they haven't ... they have just cancelled everyone's orders.0

Yeah.. I've read the terms again, and I do feel that they *should* have notified us all first before doing a blanket cancel. I've emailed them stating their terms back, and saying that it seems to me that they've breached their own terms and conditions. Don't expect a response tbh..0 -

Cancellation email for Jane Austen received this was obvious when they sent delay email as their suppliers are the Hut and they had my dvd instock oh well worth a try those of you who had despatch emails saying it has been sent out should get it for price paid.0
