if i was committing ben fraud the three times ive been investigated i would have been convicted at somepoint so no not commiting ben fraud at all. its people like you who jumps down the throats of new posters that put people off using the site with totally wrong conclusions, go back down MSA now there a good little girl. you have no advice and your boring me! so stop spamming my thread.
Why are you asking us what to do? Sadly we don't have crystal balls to be able to tell everyone how quickly their claim is going to be processed.
How do we know if your claim is going to get mucked up again? Just do what you were planning to do all along anyway....go round every evening as usual, spend the Christmas period with them and then claim in the New Year. There you go, the validation you were after
No idea what MSA is I'm afraid but it's 'their' and 'you're'.....jeez, make sure you don't check the kids homework eh (if they do it), they will be in a worse state than when they started:rotfl:0 -
Its not your thread and you have no right to tell anyone how and where to post.
Your not a new poster either, I have read all your posts as you have posted them and I think the same as the other posters on this thread, you cant have forgotten what you got as a couple when you claimed to be a couple a few months ago or are you hopeing for more now your telling the truth about your relationship?

i'm trying to do things the right way and legal. you come here for advice and people shove their opinions down your kneck.
you have no right to comment about my kids.
your nothing but a troll.
you go through the threads pulling up on grammar, you must really be proud of yourself spending most if not all your time doing that.
but IMO its sad and pathetic.

i realise how it looks, and my situation was rare, but because of her ex friends making fraud reports, i got investigated and i proved that i wasnt with her and that i wasnt living there and i proved it over and over to the dwp.
i wouldnt know if they go back to they way they were as she has her own claims.
just want know does she claim for me or i claim for her like i did before!0 -
I didn't know what down MSA referred to either - probably because it is usually referred to as the Arms or DT.
Still waiting to find out what your question is ...Gone ... or have I?0 -
OP - if you are concerned about being short on cash for gifts for the kids at Christmas time - probably the biggest gift they could ever receive, and it's free, is having their family together again. Have a lean Christmas, but have a Christmas with family and celebrate your togetherness. The toys, the games - or the family together - wonder what the kids would want the most?0
