Reclaim Money from Hotel Chain

Not sure which forum to place this post on, so here is my dilema. . . I have paid a large amount of money to a hotel for a Xmas night out, unfortunatly the hotel has burnt down and have stated that they will refund the money.
How long should I wait for the money to be refunded, and how do I go about claiming the money back?? Regards

Not too sure on this one but i'm sure someone will post up with some help on this for you.

I would give them a few weeks and contact them for updates on your refund, hopefully it won't be too long, fingers crossed and sorry to hear this.;)
