does anyone have a polar twin tub ? are they worth the money ?

I'd want to know how much water they used first. the whole point of putting a washing machine drum horizontal is to save water, as the clothes are lifted in and out of a shallow pool of water. With a top loading machine, I expect that the drum must be filled enough to cover the clothes. I don't know, but worth checking.

i realise it will use more water but it will save on the electricity , my current machine has a 30 min cycle which i mostly use but the twin tub has a 15 min timer so in theory it woud cost as lot less to run. im not on a water meter so its not really something that would influence my descision.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. But you still have to pay to heat the extra water. Oddly, I can't see an energy efficiency rating for this one, so it's hard to compare.0
