27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Waiting in the same boat as some of you it seems. Did any of you register before/after buying? I chose to buy just as a Guest, and didnt get an email or anything... just wondered if anyone who registered has access to online process status, etc?
I'm pretty confident it'll turn up this week though, along with everything else I'm waiting for. 0 -

they just suddenly turn up. I emailed them 3 times and the totally ignored me but then they arrived anyway!0 -
I placed an order on the 26th Nov, mine still hasn't arrived. I have just emailed them, if I get no response I will give them a phone call later today.0

i ordered on the 29th.
I received an email from them yesterday saying
due to the recent wintry weather we`ve taken a little longer to process your order, but don`t worry because we now are back on track and your goods will be delivered in the next few days.
It then goes on to offer me a 20% off code valid until 31st january to thank me for my patience..code is SNOWTHANKS
