i also won hardcase backpack and been chasing it up for ages and getting no where was promised a call back last week still ahvent got it
what should i do now ...i feel like giving up the amount of times i ahve emailed and rang !

I would guess they are sending everyone a gift card instead of the prizes. I would leave it a day or two and see what turns up as they seem to be sending things out this week, hope yours arrives soon.

i got letter today too saying i'd won £10 when i hadn't i'd won hardcase backpack - they also said they were sorry they hadnt delivered and enclosed a gift card with £10 on it. Not sure if prize was worth more but still have tenner off my next shop so what the hell. Think they got totally mixed up with this competition and wording of letter still gonna ring them to complain over the way they have handled the whole matter in not contacting people sooner - what happens if you'd won the tv and they just sent you a £10 voucher?

The letter is very mixed up, I wondered what happened to the people who won more expensive prizes. I would have thought the backpack was worth more then £10. Please let us know how you get on as there's still people waiting to hear about their prize.
