Broadband V's Dial up

Forgive my for being a bit thick but I need some advice, I currently have BT Broadband at home ( £11 for phone and £17.99 for broadband ), I have internet access at work and I am finding that I hardly use the Broadband at home 2 or three hours per week, I am thinking about moving and in my new place just having a phone line probably NTL and using a dial up system, I have a couple of questions:

- I have a wireless router at the moment (supllied by BT), can I use dial up wirelessly and if so can I use the router I already have even if I do not a BT line.

- Who is currently the cheapest / most relaible provider, don't really want a monthly chrage just pay as I use.

- Do you get charged via your telephone bill?

Thanks in advance for any advice,

Lisa
