hey up
Put my hubbys mobile up for auction last night and check to see its progress this morning to find it has sold with a buy it now. Buyer has -1 feedback and has asked for item to be sent to Nigeria blah blah , I had this before and spotted it being a scam straight away.
Anyway what I what to know is how do I cancel their buy it now and report them. Do I just relist the item. will I get charged again? advise please.

Not sure about the relisting... but you need to check your buyer requirements to make sure that users with - feedback can't bid.

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

You cant cancel the buy it now. All you can do is wait the 7 days and start the non paying bidder process selecting the option that the buyer wants the item shipped to a county you dont ship to. When the non paying bidder process is finished you will get your final value fees credited and can relist and get the basic insertion fee credited if it sells the second time.
As previously said....dont sell a phone without having both your seller preferences set AND immediate payment via Paypal or else you will get scammed again and again.0
