It just goes to show that not all Police are as poor as those in Essex.
Mind you I would not be surprised if a few palms were being greased.

The case was also Headline News on BBC Midlands Today with a good report. Birmingham Trading Standards have featured prominently in this case and have done a very good job with this and other cases.

Which means out in 2 years, I hope the court will look at the proceeds of crime and force them to sell all their assests to repay all their victims, next ones surely are LBS scumbags, and then the rest of the ilkExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

They will be out a lot sooner than that. Half their sentence first off and then half it again to be released on tag. Any sentence over 2 years though half it and then two thirds.

Also they all pleaded guilty to the same offence.....surprises me how they all got significantly different sentences, it was a joint enterprise after all regardless of mitigating factors or how deep their involvement0 -
One of the images from the TV report was of the clampers tow truck being towed away itself. Part of the recovery of assets.

And a report saying that when the main man has previously got fined £13000 he tried to pay it in 1p coins which were rejected.0
