If you can call them I'd suggest you do that. They were very helpful when I called before Christmas and had been charged for 3.

I can confirm that you items were sent out but as it has been over the 28days allowed for delivery I will request another shopper bag and hand cream be sent out to you. All I can assume is that it has been lost in the post.
