Here is a copy and paste of the T&Cs from the original post:

T&S: Allow 28 days for delivery of your items. Offer valid until 31 January 2011, while stocks last. Colour of bag may vary. Late applications received will not be processed and submissions will not be returned. Only one free gift offer per household and one per customer. Offer valid for mainland UK only.

So, maybe we shouldn't be panicking just yet as its nowhere near 28 days since I ordered mine.

I was hoping to use this as a stocking filler but looks like it won't be out in time for Christmas.

Can I ask what it's showing up as on the credit card? I've bought so many bits and bobs from different places lately, I can't tell if my payment has gone through or not.

I had to phone, spoke to a lady called Jodie, v helpful and pleasant. Now all 3 transactions are refunded, but no creams yet. Will keep an eye out.
