Insurance clarification?

Hi
Questions:
1) Scenario: If buyer A wins bid and pays via Paypal to seller B. Buyer A request seller A to send to his shipping address which is not registered address of Buyer A.
Can Buyer A claim under paypal buyer protection insurance in this scenario even though shipping address is difference from his registered address?
If no, what other insurance/protection should Buyer A purchase to cover deliveries to addresses (other than his registered address)?
2) What is difference between Paypal / ebay Buyer protection vs. Shipping/postal insurance? Doesn't Paypal cover loss/damage due to shipping alsoThanks

Is this not an extension of your previous question? You are going down a route that can only end in tears.
Your question is quite hard to understand, but if you buy anything on EBay for the seller to be covered by PayPal he must send it to the address registered to the paypal account. To keep a seller happy and post elsewhere you will need to pay by other means and if I was the seller that would be by bank transfer or cash or western union.
Certianly not by PayPal or cheque.
Most sellers will not entertain you buying from them and reselling on at a profit, using them to post the goods to the new buyer. You need to take possesion or else have an agreement in place with a company that is willing to dropship and that has a host of inherent problems associated with it.0
