Hi all
Dont know if this is the right place, but anyway a week ago or so my car was damaged by falling debris from the roof of our apartment block. Just wondering can I get money from the Managment agency as they are responbible for the biuldings condition. Car was parked correctly in my located space in the apartment complex.
Any advice appreciated.

Worth a try, I suppose they should have some insurance.

They would only be liable if negligence can be proved. Otherwise its down to you to pay for repairs (or claim off your own insurance)0
