Rightmove changes of '£' to '?'

I have noticed on Rightmove using Property Bee that some listings have a change from the £ sign to an upside-down ? sign, and then a couple of days later it changes back again.
Is this just a trick agents use to bump their listings up the searches as it counts as an edit? I cannot think of any other reason for doing this, but I'm curious as to what purpose it serves.

Rightmove has a will of it's own. Seriously. I'm counting down 25 minutes to see what random thing it does to our listing tonight.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
