i felt a bit silly, it could have been anything after all but she was lovely i just said I wonder if you could help me, ive been entering the robinsons laptop competition and the last few days i havent had any emails confirming if ive won or not but i have had a missed call from a withheld number and was wondering if you could check just on the offchance i have won. she said course she would check and took my name email addy and phone number and phoned me back within an hour and said Hi Stacey ive got some good news for you.....very friendly and informal x
