I havn't seen many complaints about them on here unlike Santander. But they are not offering beggin incentives like £100 to join them to suck punters in.
I like the sound of their traditional approach they claim on their website. They say things are handled at branch level and decisions made in branch. Better that some central call centre manned by martians and a computer says no approach.0 -
