I have a Magic Messenger and have just come to use it for receiving texts and it's not working. It sends OK.
It sent messages to 147009079190909 and the incoming service centre number has been set as 08005875290, 0800587529 and 080058752 and all do not work. By default, CLI is not withheld.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I've sorted it and it now works.
The text messages sent to the line whilst it wasn't working are in technological abiss as they haven't come through, either via the Magic Messenger or by ringing 0845 602 1111 (the Speech to Text service).
I changed the outgoing messaging number from 147009079190909 to 17094009 and re-registered by sending #1# to 00000. Following that, it's worked just fine.
I wonder if it stops working if it's not used for a while. I believe it's been months, if not years since it was last used. :undecided0 -
