Below are the terms and conditions ("Ts&Cs") governing this competition which an entrant ("you") will be deemed to have accepted when you submit your details to the site http://www.kurtgeiger.com/burlesque to enter the Kurt Geiger Burlesque Competition ("the competition"):

1. http://www.kurtgeiger.com ("the website") is a UK site. Entry into the competition is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Persons professionally connected with Kurt Geiger Limited ("Kurt Geiger" or "we") and/or Sony Pictures Europe or their immediate families are ineligible.
2. Kurt Geiger will not share your personal details with anyone else. Where this clause conflicts with the Privacy Policy on the website, this clause shall prevail. IF YOU DO NOT WISH YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO BE USED BY KURT GEIGER, THEN YOU MUST NOT ENTER THIS COMPETITION. This does not affect your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.
3. By completing your personal details and selecting the box agreeing to these Ts&Cs, you will be eligible to be entered into the competition prize draw as described below. When you click on "Submit" on the competition site, the personal details you entered will automatically be entered into the competition prize draw.
4. The winner of the competition prize draw ("the winner") will win a holiday for 2 persons to Las Vegas including 2 return flights from London to Las Vegas, 4 nights in a luxury hotel, 2 tickets to a Burlesque show, 1 Burlesque make-over and dance lesson, the official soundtrack to the Burlesque movie, and 2 pairs of Burlesque-inspired Kurt Geiger shoes (subject to availability and with a maximum retail value of £275 per pair).
5. The winner will be responsible for all travel insurance, transfers to and from airports in the UK and Las Vegas, personal expenditure and all other incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that s/he and his/her guest have valid passports and all other necessary documentation for their trip.
6. The winner will be sent all necessary travel and ticket information via Recorded Delivery or email.
7. The competition prizes are available to be taken before 1 August 2011, subject to availability.
8. The competition prizes are not transferable and there are no cash alternatives in respect of any of them.
9. Kurt Geiger will not accept returns or provide refunds in respect of any of the competition prizes except in relation to faulty Kurt Geiger shoes, and then only in line with the Ts&Cs on the website. Kurt Geiger is not responsible for returns or refunds or for any claim made whatsoever in respect of non-Kurt Geiger goods.
10. The competition and the competition prizes may be subject to change without notice.
11. Additional Ts&Cs may apply to this competition. By participating in the competition you also agree, without exclusion, to all of the Ts&Cs on the website. If there is any inconsistency between those Ts&Cs and these Ts&Cs, these Ts&Cs shall prevail.
12. Kurt Geiger may modify the Ts&Cs at the website in its absolute discretion from time to time without notice.
13. Entry into the competition prize draw opens on Friday 26th November 2010 and closes promptly at midday on Monday 20th December 2010. Entries received after this time and date will not be valid or accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure personal details are entered correctly. Only fully completed competition entries will be accepted into the competition prize draw. Kurt Geiger takes no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect or late entries for any reason whatsoever.
14. Entry into the competition prize draw is only available to each eligible person once.
15. The winner will be required to provide the following documentation to Kurt Geiger: proof of address and passport.
16. The competition prize draw will be drawn at random by an independent person at 16:00 on Thursday 30th December 2010 at the Kurt Geiger Head Office and the winner will be notified by email by 17:00 on Friday 31st December 2010. The winner must acknowledge receipt of that email and confirm the address details entered into the competition prize draw within 48 hours ("the acknowledgement email"). In the event we do not receive the acknowledgement email within this time, there will be a re-draw after 17:01 on Tuesday 4th January 2011. This process will continue until we receive the acknowledgement email from the winner as set out in this clause. In the event the prizes are not claimed, then we reserve the right to withdraw them.
17. The decision of Kurt Geiger as to the winner shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to this issue.
18. Kurt Geiger takes no responsibility whatsoever if the winner does not receive any emails sent or if Kurt Geiger does not receive the acknowledgement email within the time period specified.
