    I took "unable to contact" to mean that as they're not answering the phone or replying to the emails sent the op hasn't been able to speak to anyone to resolve the issue.

    You're right - they don't answer the phone. I've tried several times and it goes to an answerphone where you cannot leave messages. They don't answer their emails either. They have a Facebook page, but they are being very selective about whose questions they answer. They answered my initial question last week - however, they answered it incorrectly and haven't answered my subsequent questions to try and establish what's happening. There are a lot of angry people on their Facebook page.

    They might be cheap but their customer service is shocking - I won't buy anything from this company again.

    Maybe just maybe the weather has something to do with it?

    I was waiting for a delivery of my fridge/freezer on Monday - Nothing turned up. Rung them and now they say earliest they can deliver is next week tuesday!.

    I'm sure if the weather was fine you'd have your products, whilst it's a massive inconvinience it's not their fault either, i bet the problem lies with the delivery courier

    Stuff like this happens. Also if they don't get back to you or have shoddy customer services it'll be best in future if you don't use them

  • I have had exactly the same experience, they don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails and don't dispatch, but they do take payment.
    The item I ordered is now quoted on their site as out of stock.
    There seems to be no option to cancel order as there is with Amazon and the Gormiti playset my son has set his heart on is now no longer available anywhere near me! I could have paid £4 more and had it the same day locally if I'd known that they were going to let me down.

    I was trying to order the Storio V-tech which was advertised on their homepage as £42.99 on offer, however, when I went through checkout, it was charging £54.99. I drove 1 hour to get to one of their stores the next day to purchase this item and it scanned at £54.99. I informed them about their website homepage price and was advised they cannot match that as must be a web only price. When I explained it was not working online either, they phoned head office, and suprise suprise it was taken down within minutes even though I was told i should try to order online again. Rung them to complain - although only managed to get through on the number that charges 71p a minute (the local number is never answered and voicemail cuts you off automatically)...and that was after 4 days of trying!! After explaining my point, I was told that it was an error and there was nothing they could do about it. After arguing for awhile they agreed to send me the difference in the post. Suprise Suprise - over a week gone and nothing shown up yet! Not sure I'm holding my breath!

    The store does have good products and good prices, but the customer service online, at their helpdesk and even in store leaves a lot to desire! Staff at my local store are very rude, unhelpful and if they are not standing around talking to each other - they are swearing at customers!!

    I have also tried to order a few other things online, which says you can purchase online, but when you go through to item, it says the warehouse is out of stick (happened on 5 different items!)

    I hope all your orders come through. Don't think I will be placing an order online after reading some of the forums!

    hi there i have also had probs with them, and guess what with an order of 2 bullys also! i finally did get mine though,in the end to contact them, i got in touch with my local store, and got them to get in touch for me! they answer the stores msgs but not there customers! after over 3 weeks i did get my 2 orders i was given 2 dates the items were suposed to be delivered and they never came! then they just turned up via dhl most anoying thing was for me was they charged my card the day i ordered! the status of the order on the online account page didnt update once just said awaiting shipment then the day after they were delivered it updated!,anyone whos having problems talk to your local store and tell them you would like to hear back from someone in online dept today:mad:
  • Well, I got them to call me by leaving messages on their facebook page saying how crap they are and they called me last night and sorted the problem straight away.
