Payment gone missing for eBay sellers fees!!!

I have been selling part time on eBay for a while now and everything has been running fairly smoothly until recently.

I had my August sellers fees of £148.37 debited from my paypal account on 1st September but they were reversed on 11th due to insufficient funds. I paid these again on the 16th using the balance in my paypal account and my debit card - however ebay have never confirmed receipt of this payment. They say they neither requsted it nor received it! As a result my account was blocked and I had to pay the fees AGAIN to enable me to keep selling!

I have been in touch with paypal who have sent me an email confirming that I did indeed pay which I have forwarded to eBay but I am getting nowhere. I have been on live help several times too and one of the guys there even said he could see the payment and that he would refer my account to an analyst who would contact me - but guess what - no reply!!!!

I am getting increasingly frustarated as I am totally unable to get through to them and I really can't afford to lose this money. I am a newbie money saver and a DFW - I am only doing eBay to clear my debts quicker! Can anybody give me any advice please?

Have you tried telephone ebay or faxing them?. Try auction guild (scorll untill the UK).

Thanks so much SkipClick - part of the problem is not being able to talk them!
