4/1/2011 increases to be announced first!Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

TT were bound to do this. They've effectively gobbled up a large chunk of the competition, they pinch the customers and then whack them with price rises.
If anyone had any sense they would move away from this awful company ASAP.0 -

Spot on, new CE @ TT wants to concentrate on "....cost, efficiency and getting the most from existing customers" (my bold).
