Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
  • TT were bound to do this. They've effectively gobbled up a large chunk of the competition, they pinch the customers and then whack them with price rises.

If anyone had any sense they would move away from this awful company ASAP.

Spot on, new CE @ TT wants to concentrate on "....cost, efficiency and getting the most from existing customers" (my bold).

Anyone wanting to get out of their Talk Talk contract? Your opportunity has arrived.

I'm about 8 months into an 18 month contract with Talk Talk ... and you folks are right, their service is dire. Can I use this price increase to get out of contract ?
