A CCJ will only be recorded on your credit record if you do not pay any judgement against you within 28 days.
Do you have a thread on this?0 -
OP, Martins's advice is not at odds with the court information. They both agree with each other. If you fail to pay a judgment within 28 days, then your credit rating can be affected.0

If you have not already done so, go over to pepipoo.com and post all details regarding this with them.will-in-estoril wrote: »In his article 'Private Parking Tickets' Martin states:

This seems to be at odds with court form N1C, which I have received in respect of a claim against me for an unpaid parking charge (on private land), a claim I was going to defend:
'Registration of Judgments: If this claim results in a judgment against you, details will be entered in a public
register, the Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines. They will then be passed to credit reference agencies
which will then supply them to credit grantors and others seeking information on your financial standing. This
will make it difficult for you to get credit.'

Yes please check your defence with the people at Pepipoo. Any properly defended case will never lose.0
