Possible saving over £300 a year on energy bills!

Bear with me on this one & you might not think this is a grab it but the company we've signed up with now have not put the prices up yet & is giving £100 cashback offer ends 30th Nov.

We received our bill from Npower & they wanted to increase our monthly payment from £150 a month to £223 my OH queried this & read our meters.
They then sent another bill yesterday for £204 a month.
I came on MSE & found this http://www.energyhelpline.com/energy...e.aspx?aid=107
OH phoned the helpline 0800 074 0745 & they have reduced our bill by £400 a year.
The company were going with is giving this offer EDF £100 cashback offer ends 30th Nov..
We could have got £15 cashback from Quidco but OH was so pleased our payments will now be about £120 he just signed up!

The energy companys like to hit us just when we need to turn the heating up!

I know we get this in our emails but I just look at offers & OH doesn't really read it.

A big thanks to MSE!

I signed with npower with the £100 cash back and the it seemed cheaper..however because I built and extension I would using more units...... so ...
the more units I used the more expensive it was (comparing them on confused.com)...scottish power was £ 80 cheaper so I cancelled np and now signed for scottish power and put the heating on more often ...with the 80 pound saved....ahh

There is a well known tactic used by energy companies to lure you in.

It simple they offer you a low initial monthly direct debit.

After a a period of time you will either build up a large debit, or they will do as you found your previous supplier doing and put the DD up.

The only way of accurately predicting you energy costs is to use your annual consumption figures in Kwh, into the comparison site.

Apologies if I'm making the wrong assumption in your case.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
