The Prize includes:
- Return flights for two adults and two children to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
(a) Return transfers from the airport to the hotel, 7 Nights accommodation at the Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta

- Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest.
- Children must be age 11 or under at time of travel.
(b) Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two adults and two children to sharing either two twin rooms or a family room with ensuite facilities on a room only basis.
(c) Subject to availability at time of booking. Departs at 9am and returns 4.30pm. Please bring swimsuit and towel, sunscreen, hat and camera.
(d) Subject to normal terms of acceptance.

(e) Specific Restrictions:
All entrants must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. Employees of Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited, any company associated with this Competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition. Entry is free, however all entrants must have the internet service bill payer’s permission prior to entering. It is your responsibility to pay any and all applicable taxes in connection with the prize.
(f) Competition Period:
The Competition will be open between: 12:00 hours on 15th November 2010 and 23:59 hours on 6th December 2010. Any entries received outside of this competition period (for whatever reason) will be invalid but you may still be charged for the entry where costs apply.
(g) Winner Selection: The prize winner will be selected at random by a closed computer generated system after the end of the Competition Period from all correct and eligible entries received. Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited will have the final overall decision over winner selection and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. If you are the winner, you will be notified within 7 (seven) days of the competition closing date. The prize winner must claim the prize by successfully responding to Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited’s notification within 21 (twenty-one) days of Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited’s first notification being sent. If you do not respond within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize. Any alternative winner will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.
We will not be liable if any prize is not available or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control.
(h) Entry Limitations: Only 1 (one) entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will result in an entrant being disqualified. Where a winner has been selected and Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has made more than 1 (one) entry, Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner. Any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

(j) These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
