Cahoot - money leaving my account before my eyes without matching transaction?!

I may be cracking up here but wondered if any other MSEers have had the same experience. Been doing a few transactions to a linked Cahoot savings account tonight (from my current account) and although the balances are changing, there are no corresponding transactions showing up in the statements. Normally, it's immediate. I've tried logging on and off in the hope it will tick over, but it doesn't!! Also sent two very small test transaction amounts, which are reflected in my balance, but again, not on the statement. To make matters worse, in between logons £36 has magically gone from my account (which I worked out from the differing balances between logons, not from a transaction on the statement).

Their call centre is closed, and I know it's late but if anyone else has had the same experience and, obviously, as a result of this, can anyone recommend a good current account? I have been happy with Cahoot until now but will soon be making a sharp exit!:(
