had a letter week or so ago ststing court action pending a,mount 260.24 ... rung the number to tell them that i wasnt the driver and not telling her who was, the lady at the other end stated "as the legal owner i have to" i said NO and take me to court.
Today recieverd a letter stating that as an attempt to stop going to court they will accpet a reduced fee of £124.19, are theser guys for real,

The very fact they reduce it by 50% smacks of their desperation. We widely suggest ignoring these companies I believe that is the best approach.0
