Electric Van Insurance

Asking for a friend this time,

Basically wondering if anywhere knows of an insurance company that will actually insure an electric van as a reasonable price, in the few places I've looked, they either only deal with pertrol/diesel or their prices are way over the top in what it's used for.

Basic details is its a Citroen Berlingo, bought straight from the manufacturer so it's not modded. About 5 years old, used for less than 1,000 miles a year for what would be seen as social purposes. Kept on a drive way and the driver has 5+ years no claims bonus.
