I have been given some tyres off a friends Rav4 but they have Bridgestone "run flat inner tubes" inside them - I've never seen or heard of such things before.
It it worth selling the innertubes seperate?

The run flat inner tube are part of the tyre and allow the vehicle to carry on for around 50-100 mile when the tyre is punctured.
They generally cant be seperated from the tyre without damaging the tyre itself0 -
