Checking an name against an address

I have just had a buyer who registered today and paid via paypal. As the item was approx £100 I am very suspicious but have an understanding that someone has to start somewhere on Ebay.
Is there any websites apart from 192.com (I have tried this) that could match name to an address to build a better picture of who the buyer is.
Regards.....freddy

They don't have a confirmed address and even more suspicious now as they have purchased a second high value item £700+
Would anyone have a link to the Live Help on Ebay as the one I tried said it was off line. Many thanks....freddy

Not a phone, a computer console. There's no way I will be posting this. I have just tried refunding the payment but for some reason its saying, That action is not valid. Please try again.

As i understand paypay, and ive used it quite a few times, the buyer will have to have deposited the money into his paypal account for it to be able to be sent to your account. So even if it does seem dodgy paypal cant take the money back off you, so you really dont have anything to lose. Remember that its the buyer that is protected upto a certain amount, so that must mean that paypal know that they can pay the seller, its just that the seller might not always honour their end of the bargain.

I am quite happy to refund the payment in full because I am not sure if the payment was fraudulent and no email contact with buyer, but every time I process the refund after 5 seconds or so it comes up with a warning saying, That action is not valid. Paypals only answer to this problem is to follow the exact same procdure I have been trying several times previous.
Has anyone had a problem refunding where the refund fails? .....freddy
