Just a quick one. To cut a long story short. We had french windows installed in September a day later we noticed we could see day light from inside to outside. We got a rep from the company down and at first he said the door looked warped then he dismissed that and said the plastic strip that runs down the middle of the door is to short and measured up and ordered another said he would send someone round to fit it. Two weeks no one round so i ring up. Guy on end of phone said he knew nothing of this problem took my name number and said he would get back to me. I'm still waiting that was around two weeks ago.
To me it looks like they are just ignoring me and hoping i go away with it been a minor problem but when one pays over £800 one expects a decent job.

I have the fensa certificate in my position if i got in touch with fensa about my problem do you think they would be able to help out. I know people will say do it and find out but i was wandering if they are the right people to contact.
