Terms and Conditions

All entrants must be over the age of 18, & UK residents.
Employees of the promoter MDS Ltd. (on behalf of HB Portfolio, Namibia Tourism, all other prize partners), its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participants must complete the competition booking form to be valid for entry.
Competition commences 4 November 2010 and closes 31st December 2010
The prize will be drawn and winners notified by 10th January 2011
The winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool and will need to respond within 72 hours of this to accept being the winner, or another winner will be chosen.
Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the email provided at the time of entry.
If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner, then the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted.
This prize must be taken before June 1st 2011.
Lodge owners reserve the right to change accommodation based on availability.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize of:

Return flights for two people in economy class from London to Frankfurt
Return flights for two people in economy class from Frankfurt to Windhoek are provided by Air Namibia
Prize consists of 1 nights at the Olive Grove Guesthouse, 2 nights at the Okonjima Lodge, 2 nights at the Mushara lodge, 2 nights at the Etendeka Mountain Camp, 1 night at the Erongo Wilderness Lodge, and 2 nights at the Wolwedans Dunes Camp; provided by Naturally Namibia.
4 Wheel Drive Vehicle rental for the full 10 days (fuel not included)
The prize does NOT include (as also underlined):

Any additional travel costs (including getting to/from London Airport)
Meals or drinks other than
breakfast (unless otherwise specified)
Spending money & additional activities
Fuel or any associated costs with the vehicle hire.
Park fees and all other costs are at the prize winners own expense.
Travel insurance – all prize winners must ensure they hold valid in-date travel insurance before departing
The prize is subject to availability
The flights are valid for 12 months from the date the winner is notified.
Flights are subject to availability.
Black out dates when travel is not permitted apply and will be advised to the individual winner.
The flight tickets are non-negotiable, and under no circumstances are permitted to be upgraded. All prize travel will be subject to Air Namibia general terms and conditions (to view http://www.airnamibia.com.na/).
Air-points cannot be accrued on prize air travel.
The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas where applicable.
Air Namibia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
Neither Air Namibia nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
Air Namibia collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.
Availability and date restrictions: All portions of the prize are subject to availability and may also be subject to date limitations and restrictions during school holidays and peak periods. This includes matching availability of flights and accommodation.
The travelers must travel together. If the travelers are unable to travel in accordance with the above or unavailable date restrictions, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the above dates & duration without penalty.
No cash alternatives will be offered.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the promoter’s decision is final.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice.
The organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize or any part of the prize (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary value.
The organisers assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The organisers assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or down-loading any materials relating to this promotion.
Neither the organisers nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
The prize draw will be governed by English Law and the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This same competition is being run across the Namibia Tourism UK website https://www.travelnamibia.co.uk and all competition data will be combined at the end of the promotion, with a winner selected from all combined data files by an independent judge.
