I have been with them for a few years now and had no problems. Their website is sometimes a bit flaky but is soon fixed. I was £600 in debt with them and got one phone call saying my dd needed increasing and I said I would go on line and change it to which they said OK. The website wanted £20 less than I had estimated and I was able to change it down again a few months later, I think you can change it 3 times a year.0

I've been with EON for just over a year - so far, no complaints (other than extremely slooooow web site sometimes!)0

E.On is pretty good all round. I don't like to switch any way, and they are generally competitive if you keep abreast of the tariffs. I was on FixOnlne 4, 6 and now 8, no £30 penalties, because it's all within E.On.0
