Yeah, but not in Aberdeen. Aberdeen is special.
Prices always go up in Aberdeen.
Not strictly true, however recent history (last 30 years, including that last two UK corrections) shows that Aberdeen has recovered any drops within one year:wall:

Graham, do you never learn?
You seem to have the memory of a goldfish (in myth terms).*
The 28 day flash data is only accurate if taken on the last day of the month.
It's been shown time and time again
* A goldfish memory last longer than the myth, but maybe the repeated use of the ROSEA flash data is sign that Graham is a pregnant goldfish

May I respectfully suggest that you could do a lot of people a lot of favours by emigrating to your twin city. Not only would it help the much necessary boost to emigration, it might release much needed housing stock in Aberdeen.
If you can buy a house for under US$6,000, you would have lots of cash to spend on going out more. Estate Agents do exist there, and will fix you up. Please ask for one without an Internet connection.
Interesting you choose only one of "Aberdeen's Twinned Cities"
Aberdeen is twinned with:- Regensburg, Germany (1955)[76]
- Clermont-Ferrand, France (1983)[76]
- Bulawayo, Zimbabwe (1986)[76]
- Stavanger, Norway (1990)[76]
- Gomel, Belarus (1990)[76]
"Aberdeen's twin cities are an important cultural link and allow people of all ages to see and experience life from a different perspective. Collaboration along these lines allows for the sharing of ideas and practices that can be of great benefit to both parties.
"These links are best established and maintained by interested groups and citizens and a visit like this is a perfect way to help cement the bonds of friendship between our two cities.":wall:
