Staying with existing supplier?

Options
I've never switched but eventually getting round to it! But before I do is there anything to be gained by contacting my existing suppliers, SG and SP and telling them and seeing if they'll match who I'm planning to switch to?

It's highly unlikely they will "do you a deal", but it may be they have a different and cheaper tariff you could switch to, so there would be nothing lost in giving it a try.

Using a comparison site.. I use uSwitch is the only way to get a true comparison. Asking a supplier if they are cheapest, always gets the respons "yes".
