SOLD!
"Plenty of interest...." yes, just look at all those bids!
Hmmmmmmmmm. Are they 'classic' status yet? I wouldn't have thought so you big ebay chancer (not you OP, the seller)0 -
533 Miles, so the engine will have seized then.
I'll buy a Kia Picanto tomorrow, never drive it and in 20 years times sell it as a classic for £35000. I think not.
How is that a classic, not a bad car but no way an example of a classic car.Iva started Dec 2018.0 -
I bought my current car and drove it back to Scotland doing 350miles in the first day of ownership! :rotfl: 530mile J reg!0

Look at the leather on the seats, there is no way that they have only been sat on for 500 miles. Also, I know its from the early 90's bit it just doesnt look pristine in those images.0

The underside is clean as a whistle, you can't fake that... Not without replacing almost everything at HUGE cost.
Probably some old boy who never used it, just died and left it to his son or whatever.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

:rotfl: @ 24K. Too many drugs being smoked....
My last works bus a GL Passat Estate in that shape and that colour... with 190K on it. Ran and drove like a dream just a bit tatty due to being used as a van. I miss it on the quiet:o0 -

That is soft leather seating inserts, they look like that when new.
Look at the non-seating area's.
Genuine car I would say, obviously not worth the asking price.0 -
Never seen a Passat of that shape with leather - still not worth even a fraction of the crazy price0

Verve Ltd are a known VW dealership. My guess is a franchisee/dealer manager has found this squirreled away somewhere and thought he may as well try and pull a fast one.
Its hardly a classic car so I doubt it will sell for much especially as lots of parts will be well past the best and need changed - although they might have done this.
There also selling a transporter. I'd guess at the transporter has been sitting somewhere with the passat in it and a paperwork/admin screw up meant no-one realised the car was in it.0 -
It's a J reg Passat in Grey. Even in pristine condition it still looks like a minicab.
I'd offer him 50 quid for it, if it ran, which I doubt it does.0
