Contacting Virgin FC in U.K.

Does anyone know of a way of contacting Virgin Flying Club where I can speak to someone in the U.K. I am sorry but 3 phone calls to India and I can not get them to understand the simple premise that you have to add miles on before you can take them off. I have already tried the main switchboard in Crawley and asked to be put through to someone in England but they then just transfer me to the generic line to India. I have also tried a customer service number but that goes through to them as well. I have posted a request on Vflyer but anyone here that can help would be great.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Whats your actual issue? I don't really understand what you mean by "you have to add miles on before you can take them off"Legal team on standby0

I used the shopping store link on the VS site to purchase hotel accommodation via laterooms(getting 4 miles for each £ spent) I canceled the booking, but instead of adding the 7,000 miles to my account then subtracting them, my account just shows the subtraction of the 7000 miles. The original 7,000 never got posted, but I can not get anyone in the subcontinent to understand that. I am now 7000 miles down before I even made the booking. Three phone calls to them and they insist that my miles are correct saying that my account will only show the subtraction, not the addition.Whats your actual issue? Edit: By following some advice on Vflyer I phoned up new bookings and presto, English agent. 5 minutes explaining the situation and hopefully a resolution in the next few days. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot.
