Turn A Photo Into A Mosaic Photo Software needed????

Wondering if anyone can help.

Little miss divadee is doing a project on the romans. And part of that is mosaic stuff.

I found a programme that you can get Repligator v12 that turns photos into mosaics and its great.

Problem is i only need 1 image and you cant save the free demo one that you can download, also it has free demo written all over it!!!!

does anyone know any freeware software that i can get to do the same sort of thing?

i have tried the nero software i have got but it doesnt have the mosaic effect on it, everything else but the mosaic effect!!!!

Can anyone else help? Im just not paying $30 for something i am going to use once which is what the free demo software was to upgrade!!!!!!!

that mosaic programme is fantastic!!!!! it does those ones made up of hundreds of other piccys!!!! i am just doing a mosaic of my holiday snaps!!!

has anyone got one that just cuts 1 picture up into little squares???? thats what i need for the project!!!

I don't know what free software can do effects as good as that one.
