Tesco wipers - good quality or not?

I've read the description and it says the following:
Colour Black
Feature 1 Rubber blade
Material Plastic with rubber blade
Product Depth 2.5 cm
Product Height 60 cm
Product Width 7.5 cm
I've never heard of a plastic wiper before - I'm sure the current ones on my car are metal. I know the rubber is the one which makes contact but I'm a little worried about it being plastic...
Anyway is there anything to be worried about, and has anyone got these - what are they like, do they smear, judder, squeak, etc.?
