1. Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Canadian Tourism Commission, STA Travel, Tourism Vancouver, Entertainment One UK and Summit Entertainment and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. To Enter: fully complete the prize draw entry form with your details at www.canada.travel/eclipse and submit it by 11.59pm on Thursday, 16 December 2010.
3. The Prize : A holiday to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for two people, travelling together in 2011, prize to include:
   • Return flights (taxes included) with scheduled airline from London to Vancouver, economy class
   • 6 nights' accommodation at Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver (shared room, room only basis)
   • Excursions for two to include: On Location Tour Vancouver, Coastal Rainforest Adventure, Vancouver Scenic Flightseeing Tour and admission to Grouse Mountain
   • Vouchers to the total maximum value of C$788 CDN for additional Vancouver excursions – comprising 2-day See Vancouver & Beyond Attractions Smart Pass for two people ($250). $250 Cadillac Fairview shop card at Pacific Centre. $150 Gift Card at Glowbal Grill. Two passes for the Vancouver Trolley Hop-on-Hop off tour ($76). Vancouver Urban Adventure's Gastown & Chinatown Walking Tour for two people $50. Vancouver Travellers Deck ($12).
4. All travel, tours, excursions and other prize elements are subject to availability at the time of booking and some excursions are seasonal.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. No cash alternative. Prizes are non transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
7. All travel must be booked at least four weeks prior to departure via STA Travel.
8. The prize does not include travel costs to and from London airport, appropriate travel insurance (mandatory), passports, visas (not required for UK passport holders), supplements, upgrades, meals, drinks, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and their guest.
9. The winners and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance, valid passports, visas (not required for UK passport holders) and all health or other government requirements prior to departure.
10. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
11. Only one entry per person is allowed. Proof of identity may be required.
12. All entries must be submitted directly by the entrant. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, photocopied or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. For your total confidence, the winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date in a draw to be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
15. Draw will be conducted w/c 3rd January 2011 and winners will be notified by email or post within 7 days of the draw date using the information submitted at time of entry. Winners who are uncontactable via reasonable means within 7 days or who do not respond to notification will be disqualified and an alternative winner selected as above.
16. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The names and counties of the winners will be available on www.promowinners.com between 10th January - 28th February 2011.
18. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. See our privacy policy at http://uk.canada.travel/privacy
19. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damages, except death or personal injury, suffered during the winner's participation in the prize resulting from the promoters' or the promoter's agents negligence as a result of participation in the holiday prize.
21. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
