About to buy a laptop and wondered what the service was like from these companies.

buy from ccl all the time but not tryed them online has it's just up the road from me and they are good and have a forum too http://forums.cclonline.com/

I've bought all of my PC's main components and most of my peripherals from CCL. I've found their service to be excellent. When I have had problems, they've been very helpful on the phone and the issues have been sorted out quickly and effectively. Since I live in Bradford, I've collected somethings from their counter service but I've also had things delivered (when the order was too big to be carried in one go) and each time the service has been reliable and professional.

I'd definitely recomend CCL but I've got no experience with acernotebooks.co.uk.

Another recommendation for CCL here. I've used them a lot (all online, I live in the south east). Excellent service and delivery. A very good company to use.

Acernotebooks are the same company as laptopsdirect, with whom I've had a nightmare.
