hi, i have yet to recieve my new visa card, despite being notified months ago about the change. thats not the issue though, on the 22nd nov i made a £13 tesco home delivery order, yet when i checked my statement yesterday £2 was taken from my account on the 22nd as well as the £13 on the 23rd!, now i know that i never spent money on the 22nd or had bought anything a few days before hand
thus, im not sure what to do, money has been taken from my account that i cant account for ! all i can think is it may be something to do with the visa change over, ive tried to speaking to rbs to find out who took the £2 as it doesnt show up, but they said they know just as much as me over the matter
any suggestions ?
(sorry if i sounded a little infantile, this has been the first time ive ever had a problem with rbs and im not sure how to solve it)

We do Tesco.com and the £2 is just a 'pre-authorisation' amount to check the card is valid, it will drop off after i think 10 days.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
