Self employed paternity leave!!??

Hi

I've been self employed for 15 years and sub contracting off the same company for 5 years. Am I intitled to payed paternity leave?? The claim no but the tea boy who's been there 6 months is??!!

Any info would be appreciated

    As you are self employed wouldn't you have to claim off yourself?

    Perhaps the tea boy's employed by them whereas you are not?
