playing videos on xbox 360 using usb stick

want to play videops on my 360 using my usb stick i plug it in and the xbox finds the stick but i can only see the folders for the settings (to show the stick in windows but when plugged in to pc i cant see theses folders )
anyone know how i cna see the videos

What kind of videos?
I use mine to sometimes play divx/xvid tv programs, though they're always in the root directory, not in a folder.Dave. :wave:0 -

The TV progs I watch are avi but encoded as divx/xvid. The first time I tried to play a file, the Xbox did connect to the internet to get the codec though.
The progs I play are *cough*torrent*cough* files.Dave. :wave:0
